Eyes as cold as stone
He’s Chuck, and he don’t give a-
I still said, “Morning!”

2.

I won’t hold my breath
Waiting for him to reply
I’m not that stupid

3.

Mean-mugging black men’s
Anger is rarely questioned
For fear they’ll answer

4.

Why his eyes are cold
And why he doesn’t give a-
Remain mysteries
