survival linked to
bars on cell phone batteries
is tech dependence.

2.

an “emergency”
is needing to charge your phone-
without your charger.

3.

it’s social “life or death.”
that’s really what is at stake
without a cell phone

4.

my phone needs to charge
ok, can you call me back?
