The cop waddles by
His plate is heavy with carbs-
He don’t chase suspects.

If you make him run,
After he gets done panting,
He will beat your ass!

The officer’s gut
Petrudes from beneath his vest
Exposing soft flesh.
4.
Yes, it is cliché
To write ’bout cops and donuts-
It profiles police.
5.
Some cops eat salads-
Probably not most of them.
